Founder and Managing Director of Zenith Affair, Esther Ho, is a veteran in the jewellery industry, having worked for international companies and across the globe for the last 30 years. Having established strong relations with both the industry’s insiders and high net-worth jewellery lovers, Ho’s own jewellery consultancy and elite event management had been highly anticipated for a long time before its launch in 2005 – hence the instant success of Zenith Affair.

With an eye for gems of the finest quality and design, as well as an in-depth knowledge of the Southeast Asian clients’ preferences, Ho singles out jewellers with the potential to become international names. She then provides effective retail guidance with her talent for numbers and highly effective sales strategies. From exhibitions worldwide to private luxury launches, Ho brings with her a wealth of sales and event experience, and her loyal following of Southeast Asian buyers help to make each and every event that Zenith Affair organises a resounding success.


Educated and lived in Singapore, Indonesia, the United States of America and Japan, Monita joined Zenith Affair as Managing Director in 2014 to bring the consultancy’s enlarging business to the next level. She is the springboard that brings about more creative strategies while she spearheads new developments for clients.
